Sutton Mencap is a local charity which works to improve the lives of people with a learning disability and their carers in the London Borough of Sutton.

We provide play, leisure and learning opportunities both at our base in Wallington and in the wider community. Our services include after-school, Saturday and holiday clubs for children and young people. We also provide a wide variety of group-based activities for adults. 

Sutton Mencap is an independent local charity, affiliated to the Royal Mencap Society.

Relaxation Evening

Relaxation Evening at Sutton Mencap, 8 Stanley Park Road, Wallington, SM6 0EU.

🎟ī¸ £20 per person, all activities included (see list below).
⏰ Saturday 8th February, 6.30pm - 9.30pm.

Come and try:

  • Nagomi Soft pastel art sessions for beginners.
  • Make your own massage oil to take home.
  • Free glass of Prosecco and chocolate strawberries.
  • Head massage workshop.
  • Hand/Arm massage workshop.
  • Face massage workshop.
  • Back/Shoulder massage workshop.

ℹī¸ Massage workshops will teach you the techniques of massage with a friend or partner or the ability to self massage.
ℹī¸ All massages are over clothes.
