Sutton Mencap Annual General Meeting

In the presence of the Worshipful the Deputy Mayor of Sutton Councillor Chris Williams.

Members and supporters of Sutton Mencap are invited to attend our Annual General Meeting. The theme of this meeting is celebrating our service users. We want to showcase the fantastic things that people with a learning disability do at Sutton Mencap.

Voting members of Sutton Mencap are welcome to put themselves forward for nomination to the Trustee Board. Any nominations should be sent by post or e-mailed to info@suttonmencap.org.uk to be received by Friday 5th October.

The meeting will also include a special resolution to amend the charity’s objects. The resolution is attached.
