We are seeking to recruit a manager for our Community Link Service, to be based in our centre in Wallington, South London.
This post provides an exciting opportunity to make a difference to the lives of adults with a learning disability in the London Borough of Sutton. Our Community Link service is an established project which supports adults with a learning disability to take part in social and leisure activities in their local community.
This post involves a person-centred approach, working alongside people with a learning disability to help them identify and express their choices and help them achieve aspirations. This role also involves working alongside carers as well as volunteers and paid staff from other organisations.
We are looking for a motivated self-starter, with a passion for promoting independence and choice for adults with a learning disability and the skills and commitment to match.
