Improving health for people with a learning disability
A partnership conference on 28th November, 10.00 am to 2.00pm at the Strawberry Lodge Conference Centre.

This conference is being organised by local partners to raise awareness of the health services available to people with a learning disability aged 14 and over and to improve awareness and understanding of the experience of people with a learning disability and their carers in accessing health services. The conference is aimed at people with a learning disability, family members/ carers and paid carers and other professionals working in the field. For more information see the attached advert.
