Sutton Mencap’s Strategic Plan: Tell us what you think

Sutton Mencap’s Trustee Board have been working hard on developing their priorities for the next five years. Now they would like to hear your views.

The draft strategic plan sets out the direction of travel for Sutton Mencap for 2019-24. It’s an ambitious plan which focusses on 3 broad areas of work:

• Service development: Our role in ensure that people who need services have access to them. 
• Community development: Our role in making Sutton a place where people with a learning disability can play a full part in community life. 
• Service support: How we will make sure Sutton Mencap remains as a well-run organisation with the facilities and resources we need.
